Exchange and Return Policy

You can cancel and refund your subscription within 3 days of activating the subscription
In the case of a refund the value of one month of subscription will be deducted
In the case of a refund and when paying with a bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to you through a bank transfer, and any administrative expenses resulting from the transfers may be deducted within a period not exceeding two weeks.
In the case of a refund and when paying by credit, debit card, mada or apple pay, the amount will be refunded to you within a period not exceeding two weeks
The refund period is calculated from the date of subscription activation
